Dégustation
As to the reds, these were impressive across the board. The 2015 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Catarina (85% Grenache, 10% Syrah, and 5% Mourvèdre), offers lots of black and blue fruits, pepper, blackberry jam, and violet aromas and flavors. It’s rich, nicely textured, and has solid depth and concentration.
